We will inspect each batch of incoming raw materials, including chemical composition, physical properties and size inspection, when all the tests are completed,
Qualified raw materials will be labeled and stored in the warehouse, waiting for production
Unqualified raw materials will be returned to the supplier and replaced with qualified raw materials again
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION TEST
We check the chemical composition to ensure it meets the standards and the orders request.Then label it and store the correct position of the warehouse.
THICKNESS TEST
We will measure the thickness of the plate or coil to ensure that meets the order request
WIDTH&LENGTH TEST
of the material to check if the sizes are in allowable tolerance.If not will cut to the right size
We will ask for and check the mill certification from our raw material suppliers.
All products have test report drafted by our test department; we can supply them along with goods.
If necessary, we can supply the third-party test report for our customers along with goods.
